Do you work on my make of car?
We work on most cars, trucks and SUVs, foreign and domestic, gas and hybrid. [MAKES NOT SERVICED] If you’re not sure, call and ask.
Will you do work without asking me first?
Never. You get a written estimate, and nothing is done until you approve it. If we find something else once we start, we stop and call you first.
How do you charge?
Repairs are priced as parts plus labor, and labor is [LABOR RATE] an hour, charged by the standard time for the job. Both are listed on your estimate before we start.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Parts and labor are covered for [WARRANTY MONTHS] months or [WARRANTY MILES] miles, whichever comes first. If something we fixed goes wrong, bring it back.
Can I bring my own parts?
We prefer to supply parts so we can guarantee the whole repair. If you bring your own, we’ll fit them, but the guarantee covers our labor only.
